Building plugins with Craft 3 is similar to Craft 2 in many ways, however, with a modernized codebase running Yii 2 and requiring PHP 7.0 there are several things that have changed and new concepts to become familiar with. In this hangout, we'll review the codebase of Sprout Notes, a small plugin that has been updated from Craft 2 to Craft 3.
